Lana - Head of recruitment
Having worked in an early years background for 5 years, and then transitioning into early years recruitment, Lana is a key member of our team. With her outstanding knowledge in both early years and recruitment we would be totally lost without her. Lana is also a key part of the on call team, so you will often hear her cheery voice and smile behind the phone even at 6AM!
Lou - Director
Having started her childcare career as a sole charge Nanny, Lou transitioned into the world of Nanny recruitment. After 5 years of running a successful Nanny agency she branched into the nursery world! You will find Lou in the office, running the day to day operations of the company, as well as being the main point of contact for all of our clients.
Debbie - Operations assistant
Having excelled for 25 years owning her own successful recruitment company, Debbie is an integral part of our small but mighty team! Her knowledge of the ins and outs of recruitment is unmatched, and she is a fantastic help to our candidates and clients alike. Debbie is based at our office on a part time basis, and is the very backbone of the company.
