Looking for Staff?

We work with a variety of different childcare settings across London and Surrey and would love to assist your nursery with any recruitment needs! If you are in need of staff, or would like to get an idea of our rates please do email our company director on: lou@babystepsnurseries.com and she can assist with any queries you may have! All of our temporary staff are 100% compliant and fully vetted before being booked to any clients. As a minimum we require a clear enhanced DBS on the update service, 2 employment references covering a minimum of 3 years as well as a passport/ driving licence which is then verified face to face or via a video call. All of our candidates hold a minimum of 1 years of experience within early years, so they are knowledgeable and confident in caring for children. We also ensure all staff members have a valid right to work in the UK. For our qualified candidates, we also have original copies of their certificates as well as supporting documents such as GCSE certificates/ Functional skills certificates.
